4. Third-Party AI Providers

Your messages are transmitted to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. These providers process your messages under their own privacy policies. We currently use SiliconFlow and may use other providers in the future. We do not use your messages to train our own models.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information while your account is active. Chat messages are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers in this version. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which removes all your data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may exercise these rights through the Settings page or by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

VELLR is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
